Flowers


What kind of flowers can I expect in my bouquet? 

A generous array of premium, hand-chosen blooms, accent flowers and greens. Think Anemones, Peonies, and ranunculus, depending on what is fresh and in season.

Where do your flowers come from?

Our flowers are from all over the world. We source from local wholesalers as well boutique purveyors. Your bouquet has beautifully diverse origins.

Will I get a vase with my bouquet?

All one-time purchases and custom deliveries will arrive with a signature Future Florals Marbled Vase. Subscriptions will include a signature vase with your first delivery. All subsequent bouquets will be delivered wrapped to stay hydrated, accented in green velvet. Arrangements are designed to be put into your original vase. We pride ourselves on efficiency, quality and sustainability. When you receive your next bouquet, simply dispose of previous arrangement, give the vase a good scrub with dish soap, rinse well, fill with cool fresh water, remove wrap from flowers, and insert flowers into vase. 

How do I make my flowers last longer?

Daily care for your arrangement for maximum length of life:

  1. Snip ¼ inch off ends of each stem at 45 degree angle 
  2. Dispose of old water and refill with fresh water
  3. Remove wilting stems and dispose
  4. Enjoy!

It really is that easy to extend the life of your floral art piece. Remember, the floral medium is a dying art. Literally. This piece will not last forever. And that’s the beauty of it. The end of one arrangement is the beginning for another fresh new piece of curated art.

Delivery


What if you attempt delivery and no one’s home?

Flowers will be delivered and set in the most shaded spot in front of the delivery address.  A text confirming delivery will be sent to the recipient and sender.

Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?

Arrangements are delivered based on the most efficient route from our studio. Deliveries will start at 9 am and are ideally all delivered by Noon. You are welcome to make a note of a requested time and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Can you deliver to businesses?

Absolutely! What's the address? We'll be there!

How far in advance can I order an arrangement for delivery?

Do you have a difficult time remembering birthday's, anniversaries, and special occasions? We can set up auto-delivery for your calendar year. Use our contact page and mention "Save me!". We will contact you and help assess your specific needs for making you look awesome and thoughtful all year long. 


Shopping & Subscriptions


How do I place an order?

Simply go to our shop page and choose what delivery day you’d like. From there, you can choose a small or large bouquet and have it delivered as a one-time order, or as a recurring subscription.

Can I place an order for Saturday or Sunday delivery?

Absolutely. Please let us know about about your request by submitting the custom inquiry form here. We’ll be happy to help.

Can I gift a flower subscription?

We love that idea. We’re happy to create a gift subscription. When you create your order, simply enter the recipient’s information for the Shipping Address. We’ll use the Billing Address to process your payments.

How do I login to my account?

You can access your Customer Portal through My Account link here. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link. Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes. Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

Can I skip the next flower delivery?

Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.
